The Sheep Meat Value Chain Training Program is a comprehensive five day training course for individuals who wish to pursue a career in agrifoods and is to be held in the Great Southern.
The program is continuing following the successful inaugural training program that was run in January 2017 and included 25 tertiary trained undergraduates, postgraduates from five universities and some already in the industry and focused on sheep meat supply chains and markets. The course can contribute towards undergraduate work experience requirements.
