WA Future Food Network
Description
The WA Future Food Network was formed in 2021 when Southern Dirt directed its attention back into R&D projects based the Kojonup region. The Southwest and Peel members were moved to the WA Future Food Network and over a short period of time, interest in our online Connectory and Network offerings have grown exponentially.
The key drivers for the Future Food Network are the need to connect the food and beverage supply chains and increase the local manufacturing of value-add goods in Western Australia. We will build mechanisms to connect and progress the value-add potential for food and beverage industries in Western Australia. These activities will complement and support regional initiatives in place currently and those planned for the future.
We will continue to grow our network to include all regions of Western Australia and to all parts of the food and beverage supply chain. Partnering with industry, government and discreet providers of complementary services will be integral to the expansion of our product offerings.
