As part of the Royalties for Regions funded Malt Barley Project, a SEPWA grower tour to Singapore, Sri Lanka and India is planned from July 25 to August 6. (Cost to be confirmed).

The focus of the visit is to learn about the potential of India as a growing export destination prospect. This tour will visit pulse processing plants, ports, malt companies and breweries, bakeries; along with the iconic Taj Mahal and Delhi Spice Markets.

Participants will learn more about import logistics, political trade situations and market drivers that will impact growers in the Esperance Port Zone in the future.
