MLA’s PDS program supports producers to adapt, validate and demonstrate the business value of integrating new management practices and skills into their local farming systems.

This webinar will feature two PDS projects:

  1. Optimising ewe lamb joining outcomes
  • Sally Martin (SheepMetriX) will discuss the decision-making process and additional management skills required to successfully join ewe lambs.
  1. Pregnancy scanning in extensive sheep flocks
  •  Laura Broughton (Productive Livestock Systems) will highlight the benefits of pregnancy scanning in extensive sheep flocks.
