GGA will be a proud exhibitor at evokeAG to be held in Perth over the 20 – 21 February 2024, showcasing the incredible Western Australian GGA network whilst scouting for new collaborative opportunities to benefit our members.
GGA has arranged the following elements to enable a consolidated presence for the GGA network.
Element 1 – Discounted tickets
Agrifutures is supporting attendance at evokeAG by the GGA network community providing ticket discount ‘promo codes’ for evokeAG 2024
Eligibility – all GGA network member organisations [not just grower groups] are eligible to use these coupon codes in line with delegate ticket type criteria below. GGA network groups are listed in the GGA network A-Z directory here.
The promo codes were distributed by email memo to the GGA network on October 30. Contact Lucy Tomassini if you have misplaced this notification and the promo codes.
Staff Discount
Staff of any GGA network organisation – have access to a promo code to reduce a Standard Delegate ticket down from $1,320 to $990 per person. If staff happen to be Producers [farmers] – they should buy at the cheaper Producer [farmer] ticket instead
Producer Discount
Producer [farmer] members of GGA network groups – have access to a promo code to reduce a Producer Delegate ticket down from $770 to $550 per person. Producers will need to enter a PIC [Producer ID code or their ABN] to complete the ticketing steps

Element 2 – Discounted Accommodation
Accommodation discount
GGA member group [staff and group farmer members] coming to evokeAG, can access a flat $220 room rate for the Holiday Inn 778-788 Hay Street. Room also available as a $110 per person twin share room layout .

Element 3 – GGA exhibitor booth
Small exhibition
GGA has invested heavily in evokeAG, at least 14 GGA staff and a few GGA Directors will be attending all scouting for new opportunities to benefit the GGA network.
GGA has booked a small 3m x 3m exhibition display at evokeAG for delegates to connect with GGA team as well as serving as a central meet-up spot for GGA network staff and producer ticket holders.
GGA member groups are invited [at no charge] to join us at the booth during break times under the GGA network ‘umbrella’ to engage with evokeAG delegates.
