Rikki Foss
Chief Executive Officer

Rikki is responsible for execution of the GGA Board corporate strategy, fulfilment of all GGA contracted obligations, and steering daily operations. This scope includes resourcing, team recruiting and leadership, contract performance and reporting, and building the highest-level strategic relationships at a state and national level.
Mark Holland
GGA Program Broker & Hub Director

As assigned Director for the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub, Mark leads delivery of GGA’s largest project. Mark also leads GGA project tendering and oversees fulfilment of the DPIRD-GGA collaboration agreement. These duties involve wide engagement with the agriculture industry at a state and national level.
Kallista Bolton
Head of Stakeholder Engagement & Regenerative Agriculture Program

Kallista will lead a new body of work in regenerative agriculture for GGA. Her portfolio also includes whole of organisation stakeholder management, network membership, and strategic partnerships. Kallista also oversees major GGA stakeholder events, and team delivery of the GGA capacity building program, project communications and corporate communications.
Julianne Hill
Hub Adoption Manager

Julianne works within the Hub project managing the drive of the uptake of new innovations at a farm and local level for improved drought resilience via relevant knowledge transfer to improve on-farm adoption. Julianne is based out of the DPIRD Bunbury office.
Dr Jo Wisdom
Innovation Manager
[Leadership Team]
Jo works across the whole of GGA with a majority focus on the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub project. Jo is responsible for driving innovation-related projects and forging GGA’s involvement with the global innovation ecosystem. Her research background, also sees Jo engage in opportunities for GGA within the WA Agricultural Research Collaboration (WAARC).
Doug Hamilton
Innovation Manager
Doug works alongside Jo Wisdom in the innovation space. His role is to foster and manage strategic relationships that drive innovation across WA agriculture with responsibilities for developing and facilitating multiway knowledge transfer between research teams, stakeholders, and the farming community
Dr Daniel Kidd
Head of Project Management
With an extensive research background, Daniel leads the Project Management team delivery of all work in collaboration with contracted project partners from the grower group network and the broader agriculture ecosystem at large. Daniel also has an individual portfolio managing regional, state and national projects within both the GGA main program and the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub.
Alison Lacey
Project Manager
DPIRD Assigned Staff
Alison works across GGA R&D and extension projects co-ordinating delivery of contracted work, collaborating and building relationships with project partners within the GGA network and external agriculture ecosystem. On placement from DPIRD, and is based in Narrogin.
Maddison McNeil
Project Manager
& GGA Corporate Secretary
Maddison is responsible for the delivery of the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program. Working with 40 partners across Australia to provide train-the-trainer education, delivering 160+ workshops over the project duration. Maddison also serves GGA as the Board Corporate Secretary.
Sarah Belli
Project Manager [Regional Lead]
Sarah works within the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program as a regional lead managing engagement in the project by partners in Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and parts of Victoria. Sarah is based out of DPIRD Albany office.
Douglas Rodgers
Project Communications Specialist
Douglas delivers communications for GGA’s nationwide project, the National Industry-led Carbon Farming Outreach Program. This program involves co-ordinating efforts of more than 40 contracted program partners, spanning a footprint across every state and the Northern Territory.

Tanya Kilminster
Hub Knowledge Broker
Tanya works within the Hub project to lead and translate engagement and collaboration between industry stakeholders to develop resilience to climate change. Tanya works out of DPIRD’s Merredin Dryland Research Institute which is also the official SW WA Hub headquarters.
Kellie-Jane (KJ) Pritchard
Hub Project Manager
Kellie-Jane works within the Hub project and is responsible for developing and managing project collaboration and implementation for our stakeholders. Kellie-Jane is based out of the DPIRD Bunbury office.
Jessica Scholle
Hub Stakeholder & Communications Manager
Jessica delivers communication and stakeholder management specific to GGA’s largest project, the Drought and Innovation Hub.

Lucy Tomassini
Project Manager
Lucy works in a blended role across the whole of GGA, and the South-West WA Drought Resilience Adoption and Innovation Hub. She is the project manager for the suite of six Hub-funded ‘Transformational Projects’, where she works closely with project initiators to achieve their project outcomes for the Hub investment. Lucy also assists with innovation projects, the carbon project and GGA exhibition event involvement.

Theo Nabben
Hub Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Manager and Adoption Officer
Theo works across the whole of GGA in a dual role capacity responsible for measuring and evaluating all projects to ensure we deliver high-performance outcomes. Within the Hub, he is working in the adoption space to drive uptake of innovations at a farm and local level with a focus on improved drought resilience adoption.
Dr Mary-Anne Glanzlowe
Hub Knowledge Broker, Extension & Adoption Officer
Mary-Anne works within the Hub assisting with the role of translating science to practice as a knowledge broker and working in the extension and adoption space to drive uptake of innovations at a farm and local level with a focus on improved drought resilience adoption.
Jacinta Bolsenbroek
Senior Communications Specialist
Jacinta supports GGA corporate communications, such as GGA’s fortnightly industry newsletter [Newswire], and manages a number of member-only resources and bespoke stakeholder-specific communiques.
Charlotte Strand
Project Communications Specialist
Charlotte supports GGA projects by focusing on communication and extension. She also provides broader communications support as needed.
Philip Wang
Corporate Services Manager
Philip manages the GGA finances including forward budgeting, payroll, receivables and payables across all teams and projects.
