Partners In Grain (PING)

Partners in Grain (PinG) facilitates localised, relevant professional development opportunities for farm businesses. We are a national not-for-profit organisation and our aim is to provide opportunities that are otherwise not available or accessible to farm businesses. PinG operates from the ground up, with all ideas and initiatives coming directly from growers. Driven by growers, developed for growers, delivered to growers. The workshops we currently offer are highly subsidised by GRDC and DAFWA.

We can work with grower groups to provide professional development opportunities in their local area.

PinG currently offers 4 workshops: Technology, Tablets & Tips, Being a Better Boss (HR): Managing People, Being a Better Boss (IR): Employment Obligations and Farm Office Efficiencies. If a local grower group can assist with some of the local logistics and promotion of the workshop, PinG can provide the training.

Outside of these 4 workshops, we also listen to growers’ feedback and can initiate new training opportunities as needed.
