Lakes Information & Farming Technology (L.I.F.T)

Description

L.I.F.T formed in 2010 with the aim to address gaps in localised agricultural research focussing on cropping systems, and provide a farming network to coordinate community farming projects, activities, etc. The group is interested in soil health, addressing non-wetting soils, frost, climate variability and farming systems adaption, and mixed farming.

  • Allure H2O sites
  • Sakura trials
  • Individual farm trials – frost
  • Paddock trials – variety, seeding rate
